Made it clear to CSR that kit needed to arrive by a specific date. Lots of “yes sirs” and “it will be there”. I’m wheels up in 5 hours and no kit. Luckily I plan ahead and have a backup or I’d be up the proverbial creek.
Company good at answering emails but not so much at answering telephone. Their mailbox is always full.....small wonder. Feel like they’re just blowing smoke....and talk is cheap. Should have known when the company voice message gives hours of operation as “08 to five o’clock”.
Guess that’s half military time...lol. Took a chance on a little known company and got stung.
Just another air soft company trying to play with the big boys. Live and learn.
