Very dissatisfied with our service we received. We scheduled a diagnostic call and were informed and agreed to the $80 diagnostic fee.

On the day of the appointment we were informed by the owner that his best tech was on the way but there would be a language barrier-absolutely not a problem. The tech got here and went to work looking at the refrigerator. The tech himself was quick, efficient and polite. There was almost no communication while he was working, which is absolutely not a problem but sets the scene-then the owner over the phone informed us the cost was going to be $180 for the diagnosis and defrost.

We never agreed to a defrost service and while we did see him working we assumed that it was part of the diagnosis to see what parts were failing and needed to be replaced. This is a garage fridge that we werent willing to put almost $200 into just in fact finding alone. When my husband explained to the owner that there was no communication that the tech would be performing an additional service, we werent asked, we didnt agree and quite frankly feel blind sided-we were made to feel like the bad guys in the situation. He kept telling us we agreed, even though we agreed to the $80 diagnostic fee.

He ended up giving us the option of paying $150 or $80 but the tech would be leaving our freezer completely dismantled.

I ended up using Zelle to pay them because if your business model is to perform services with no notification -and then have to be the go between with the customer and tech over the phone from another location I wont be giving you my banking info. Im honestly surprised with the amount of positive reviews this business has and the interaction we had.

Unreliable, a bunch of liars

I'm so disappointed because in 6 weeks your company has scheduled countless appointments with me and nobody ever showed up. Your company didn't even cancel the appointments.

You guys just NEVER came and I took time off from work waiting like an idiot for someone who never came and didn't even have the courtesy to inform me. The last time this happened was two days ago -- Monday. The appointment you guys gave me was for "Monday between 1 and 4". Sure enough, nobody came.

And my family and I have been six weeks without being able to use a brand new dryer from Electrolux, technically still under warranty. I am done with G&G Appliance Service. I spoke with Electrolux at length and they replaced my dryer with yet another brand new one. I hope your company goes out of business soon because that's what it deserves.

This business is awful and refuses to answer calls or calls back. Lies to you.

Are lazy and steal your money. Had a service worker cancel twice and a no call no show.

Didnt order the part we needed that we paid for and refused to get it. No one could help when trying to call to see what was going on just kept sayin to reschedule or call back next week.

After canceling on me twice and screwing up appointment times I gave up and asked someone to come from PC Richard- who came on time and did the job. Although I have told GandG that I am done with them- they continue to call and email me- about fixing my washing machine. Yesterday I told them it was not the washing machine that needed fixing, but the refrigerator, and to please never contact me again.

Tech have no clue

There techs can't repair a toast oven

5 times they were send the repair my maytag washer the the one came 3 times could not repair ordered the parts and still didn't get it right then they send another tech orders parts never show up for the repair , then they send the 1st tech again he freaking clueless the 1st 3 times he was here . W.t.f . Is wrong with this company they should go out business and do the would a favor

Poor service

Four times to fix an ice maker on a new fridge and it's still not fixed! Also, I have been waiting for a tech ALL day, and no one has come.

I now called and have been told he won't be here for another hour or so.

WTF?!? Is this your customer service/ I am contacting Whirlpool and NYS Consumer Affairs

Awful customer service and awful guy service sent to my home

This is the worst company we ever dealt with. Awful customer service and awful guy service sent to my home.

We bought a dryer back in 2017, so it's been 3 years. The dryer is under extended warranty we bought through Lowes. Since it broke, customer service treated us like nothing. They never have a time of when they would receive a part we needed to fix our dryer.

Of course they blamed on Covid and delays.

Well when they received the part, George the guy service didn't show up TWICE.... and no communication made to us. We waited and waited, then WE called the company to check what's going on, and NO ONE got to know where George was. Those girls cannot be more difficult on passing the right information.

George is the service guy who came to my house.

He isn't knowledgeable at all. He didn't fix anything, and he walked out the door saying it's all fixed....WHEN IT WAS Not FIXED!

Luckily he was still on my driveway, so I got to call him back to fix what he never fixed before. He walked back in, but couldn't FIX IT, and said he would be back the following Thursday, but NEVER showed up.

I am calling the company to schedule a service again because George didn't fix anything.

I had left several voicemails, but no one returns our calls.

Is there any other major place we can call to complaint and make them fix our dryer?
