Never recived items payed for
I bid for and won a watch I really wonted for my wife's birthday . Money was taken from my account as I agreed .
I waited for 8 weeks and still no item posted . I informed bids only to be told its your problem an to go to my credit card company and they will repay me .
I did this and was told quote They took the money out and its up to them to put the money back in .I informed Bids and they said bad luck not our problem . I still have not been reimbursed or contacted by Bids to this date [5 months later] I have not brought any more items from this company since Graham ps I want to warn all people using this company to be careful of them as I feel that they are not being reasonable and protecting there clients
