Fraudulent returns policy, company based in Dubai, refund literally impossible ***SCAM***
The items I ordered are of cheap quality, awful colors and material, nothing like in the photos. When I asked to return and refund, I was first offered various smaller amounts as a refund if I would keep the item, and when I insisted to return them for a full refund, they sent me an address in Dubai. I'm not sending the package to Dubai, I've now asked for the latest offer of part-refund, but am not expecting to see any money back after reading other people's reviews.

The dress that I ordered was nothing from what I received. It looks and feels so cheap, I wouldnt even use it to wipe my floors!
The return policy is a scam! Dont waist your money!!

They are no longer communicating.
I have logged an investigation with my credit card company.
No where on their site do they say they are a Dubai based company. And they promote a full refund in 30 days
They have stopped communicating and refuse to give me a full refund
I ordered two dresses and paid $98.98. Both were made of cheap material.
Still, I tried them on and they did not fit. They were not made for women with breasts. I followed the instructions to return them by writing to customer service for authorization. They did not respond for 3 days.
When they responded, they offered me $16 and to keep the dresses. I refused. Next, they offered $26 then $46.
Their final offer was that I pay to return them to Dubai and they will give me $89. Never order from this site.

I placed order needed for September 4, 2024 wedding over a month and half ago. To the credit of company they told me some of items would not be on time and I was refunded for those items.
They led me to believe that other items would be here in time , and in enough time to be altered.NOT SO! Now they are refusing to return other items. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income.
This is outrageous! There response was Donate to a shelter!

I have been trying to reach this company about my order.
I cannot call because the website states that the phones are not available. I have tried to do an online chat, but to get info I have to pay $5. If I get my order, I will not order again.

Want to return item
I received order #1094**** on August 08/28/2024. It arrived after the event for which I wanted to wear the dress.
Also, it just didn't look right on me.
I want to return it but your company did not supply or include in the package a return label.
Please email or send me one. I need to return the item.

I have an address to return a Fygees dress. The address is in Dubai.
They have offered me a paltry refund but it will cost a fair amount to return the dress to Dubai from the UK.
Will I ever get a refund from them if the dress i returned? Has anyone ever successfully returned anything?
