Awful!!! Theyll close your account with your money in it for NO REASON and make you wait 30 BUSINESS DAYS for a check to be sent.
My medically vulnerable sons disability payments went to that account and they closed it and cant tell me why and will not let me get a check sent sooner so he can have the things he needs now.
Awful bank! Please do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else

I was trying to add my debit card to the future card account in the app so I can redeem my points I have earned and my sign up bonus but Ive had nothing but trouble from day one. First I couldnt link my bank got that fix the next day as customer service is only open eastern time and close at 6 pm but Im in pacific time so its only 3 pm for me!
But I digress finally got it linked next day thru email and now Im trying to add my card. When I signed up for the card for the bonus I was told add $10 and spend it to get bonus, but what I wasnt told was it had to come from linked bank and I added it by cash app as I couldnt get bank to link. Well anyhow I spent way over the $10 more like $200 and so now Im trying to add my debit to add the $10 instead of 3 days by bank account and now it wont link. And its not my card like app says bc I have tried to add 4cards visa and Mastercard both!
But here is the kicker I was in kid conversation with customer support and they left the conversation and went home as it was after 3 pm my time.
No sorry Im having trouble Ill escalate it no sorry we are closing just stopped communicating and got a random message by a bot after I asked if I was ghosted saying they appreciate my concern or problem amd someone will get back to me tomorrow! I needed that extra money o earned today smdh
