Dealer Civil+ Criminal sales practices: selling& charging for vehicle as CERTIFIED, when it had not been Inspected or Serviced ! ?
CONSUMER FRAUD + The COVERUP OF THE COVERUP OF THE COVERUP ! ! Future Nissan sold a used 2016 Nissan Rogue. . As CERTIFIED ? . . When it had not been Inspected; Not Serviced . . therefore . . IT WAS NOT CERTIFIED. . Therefore . . The sales contract should be Void&; Unwound. ! ! HOW IT ALL STARTED. . 8 hour after purchase, the car would not start. . The tow truck driver note the Physically & Visibly deteriorated& Corroded Battery . . He recommended a new/replacement Interstate Battery . . But even after the new battery was installed, the 2016 Nissan Rogue would not start. . So my neighbors a HONDA friend recommendation to replace the KEYFOB Batteries . . And then the SUV started ! ? . But it was also noted that Engine & Transmission fluids were BLACK instead of Clear ! ? ** This is not Rocket-Science, but if the dealer did not do three(3) Physically & Visible basic maintenance actions: Corroded Battery, Dirty Oil; Worn out Tires; Body damage to upper passenger side . . Then this fury PROVES. . .The SUV was Not Inspected; Not Serviced . And therefore NOT CERTIFIED. . So I was fraudulently & Deliberately sold ..A Pig in a Poke ! ? ** It should also be noted that Dealer/Salesman . . Steered the customer away from NEW VEHICLE PURCHASE to a Used Vehicle for More Profit to salesman. . ie, Bait & Switch ! . . A CRIME ! -Plus- The dealer Ignored the Pre-Arranged 1 1Hour COSTCO NEW CAR AUTO BUYING, and resorted to a 6-7 hour traditionalRushed/Extended sales/Negotiating process . . Signing Multiple Pages & Multiple Signature/Initials in 2-5 minutes. . therefore the Elder Abuse of a 73 year old Disabled Vietnam Combat Vet . . . Refer to violations of the State WELFARE & INSTITUTIONS CODE . . Another Crime against a Disadvantaged Senior/Elderly consumer ! -Plus- The dealer, by Proxy . .Via their salesmen Matt Warren, Illegally charged & $4800.00, for a secret&; unwanted warranty/maintenance contract ! ? Note: realistic/Potential Court/TREBLE DAMAGES@$1 , Civil Award + PUNITIVE CRIMINAL LIABILITY. . estimated at $10-15,000.00 =$$10-$20,000.00 Since the Dealer Side-Stepped/omitted a 6-hour/$1000.00 Service, + $$1000.00 tire replacement + $4800.00 + $3-4000.00 body damage + $3-$500 GPS chip-update ** This all adds up to a reasonable request to Unwind a Flawed/Violated Purchase & Maintenance contract . . Therefore Im requesting the 2016 Nissan Rogue return for Replacement with a 2020, Platinum Rogue at the same price as the 2016 Used Rogue. . @ the same Trim/Accessory Level + $5000.00 bonus for 7 months of Consumer-maintenance problems, and Anguish/Pain&Suffering John Lucich Cell:916-260-****

Took my disabled daughters car in for a factory warranty part recall on July 17th. They didnt bother to read the warranty letter and ran a diagnostic test. The letter states fo run a diagnostic as it will not pinpoint the problem to check it manually. Not until i got firm with the customer service person did they admit they did not manually check the problem. About 3 houes later he called to let me know that becsuse i was so concerned he ordered tbe part. That had been almost 3 monthes ago. I tried working with corporate solutions that was a complete joke and all they did was call twice a week to update me. There still has been no solution i cant get a straight answer from anyone. I was told the part would be in between the 3rd an 5th of oct. I guess i should have askef what year. So here my disabled daughters car sit almost 3 months now and still no one can tell me where is the part ?
