Lug nuts won't come off
- - Flat tire; lug nuts wouldn't come off and were too big.

Had a flat tire lug nuts wouldn't come off they were to big. Called ford to ask them if they could replace them and they said no.We have an execelent rating with ford .We have bought all our cars from ford you would think the least they could do is replace them.We will never buy another car from ford.

My husband and I had a flat tire yesterday and we couldn't get the tire off because the lug nuts were to big.It's the first time we had to change a tire on our ford Focus which we bought 3 years ago.We were in a real pickle because we were at the doctors office.Thank goodness for a rock. We have an execellent rating with ford and asked them if they could replace the lug nuts but they said no.The least they could do is replace them. We have bought all our cars at ford but will never again.
Future Ford Never sent apple gift card

Future ford of sacramento has been unresponsive to my queries about why I have never received the $450 apple gift card promised with my 2013 Black Friday purchase. I have emailed them, called Finance as told to, never got a call back from finance, have usps'd a note on my service coupons letter back it the GM and emailed the address on the happy birthday email I got.
No response. So much for "contact me if there is 'anything' I can do for you in the birthday email. I still don't Have the apple card.
They have not made me a happy customer. Who stole my apple card?
