Trying to bill for services not provided

I cancelled my service with Birch Communications after I spent over $1,000 for not doing their job with Avaya. I cancelled all services and ask them to forward my emails to my new email that actually shows in the email. They have been billing me for internet connections although I have not been using them for 5 months. No wonder they are in bankruptcy: Poor service, poor management. Do not buy services from Fusion.

This company has horrible customer service and never resolve any issues. There service NEVER works and the hold time to even talk to someone is always 40+ minutes and when you do get some they don't know anything and then transfer you several times to other departments that still don't know anything............ spare yourself the headache and go with ANY OTHER COMPANY
