Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Original review Jan 22, 2026
We hired Fuse HVAC, Electrical & Appliance (Napa) to diagnose and repair a heating issue in one bedroom where the heat was not working.
The technician advised us that there was nothing wrong with the heating or air conditioning system and insisted that the problem required replacing the thermostats. We relied on this professional representation.

The company installed new thermostats and charged us approximately $700.
The technician did not explain how the thermostats operated, and they were significantly more complex than necessary. After installation, the original problem was not resolved. The same bedroom remains cold, and the heating system still does not function properly. In addition, we are now left with multiple thermostats that do not work correctly.
When we contacted Fuse HVAC to report that the issue was unresolved and requested they return to correct the problem, we were told, in substance, to contact another company.

Fuse HVAC refused to stand behind their work or provide corrective service.
We believe the service provided was a misdiagnosis, involved the sale and installation of unnecessary equipment, and failed to address the original complaint. The contractor did not complete the work in a competent or professional manner and did not honor their responsibility to correct defective or incomplete work.
We are requesting a full refund for the unnecessary thermostat installation and related charges.
