Put my phone call on hold for over 15 minutes. I couldn't stay on hold any longer.
Vision S mon 5 inch monitor malfunction. Will no longer stay on one camera and continues switching between the cameras.

Furrion camera not working
- - The cameras would not pair until the tow vehicle was plugged in.
- - Plugging in the tow vehicle allowed the cameras to pair.
The cameras would not pair. I had power to the camper from shore power not from the tow vehicle , the monitor was in the the tow vehicle plugged into the 12 volt receptacle so both monitor and cameras had power, when I called the tech advised I needed to plug in the tow vehicle . They were able to pair after that.

Issue not corrected and extremely happy with friendly customer service knowledge and understanding. It turned out that there were a few steps missing from the instruction manual.
All was looked after very quickly once I was able to reach customer service. In my first few attempts, I kept getting sent to the reviews as though I had already spoken to someone. That frustrated me after already trying to figure out the issue for 2 hours. The customer service rep was so fast at getting me the knowledge to use the microwave combo.
All is great now. Thank you so much.

User's recommendation: If you have any issues just call customer support and hang in there with the phone system and ignore the hang ups. Don’t bother trying to figure it out yourself. Customer service is wonderful.

Wireless camera I bought didn't last 6 months! They replaced it and told me after trading trucks I needed taillight adapter pigtail.
After telling my frustration with their product they mailed me one for just shipping cost. It didn't last six months and failed!
They refused to warranty it! They have 5 years warranty but since it was not officially paid for they refused to replace it!

The camera stays on for about 30 second then goes dark, then you have to touch the screen for it to come on again?

My range will not lite, no gas present
Thanks to Thomas I was able to field repair my problem with my range in my Grand Design. It was conducted in a very safe manner and in layman's terms.
