Do not get this protection plan. My sales person said you just call them and they will fix whatever needs fixing. NOT. They are difficult to work with and have a lot of stipulations. You pay money in case some thing happens to your furniture and probably won't get it...

They suck. Our sales rep andcustomer service arebeyond awful. They ordered the wrong parts to a bed and clueless to install. . And now the customer service refuses to return calls. They don't seem to care at all. Beyond angry . I've had to follow up with three calls to them. They don't return and I told them how to fix it. They keep passing the buck between one person and another. This is an embarrassment
