We made the mistake of purchasing a living room set from Sofa Mart to replace the garbage they sold us previously (which replaced another piece of trash set that we had to return because it was so bad). After about 6 months or so of ownership the sides of both the sofa and chair began to bulge and one side of the chair had sunk so badly that no one could sit on that side. There are only 3 of us inthe bouse to use it,and we aren't home very often... Read more

They kept a chair out on floor then delivered it broken. Dropped leather couch in snow and laughed. The employees where very unprofessional. And to top it off the delivery truck backed into our gate and they refuse to fix it! Read more

I didn't realize in this competitive economy that a business could get away with this unacceptable customer service. We bought a $3000. sectional sofa November 15 and have yet to receive the end recliner. Nothing but excuses. They obviously do not value customer retention. Spend your money somewhere that truly earns it. It was purchased at the Sherman, Texas location. Which is a fairly small community, I am so frustrated I may have to stand on... Read more

My husband and I stopped by 3 different times and NO ONE bothered to help us any of the times we were there. There were many people in there and the "workers " just sat there on the computer. Evidently they are not worried about getting paid or their Customers . We will take our business somewhere else. Read more

This business is horrible I orderd some things from furniture row (in Colorado Springs) and when they arrived it was in a budget truck and were not furniture row employees their shirts said DONAN DELIVERY they were terrible banged up my wall damaged my furniture and would not take it back saying they have to leave it until another piece is ready I don't want this damaged stuff and to top it all off the two guys reeked of alcohol and *** very... Just as the other reviews this supposedly 100% leather sectional self destructed the under panels were bonded leather thin as onion skin.It looked great in the showroom but after 6 months the dark brown turned light brown after 1 year it went to yellow.The quality is so poor I cant beleive I purchased this POS. My husband and I have purchased multiple items from furniture row. The products themselves are fine but their delivery and customer service is terrible. When we purchases our living room furniture we were told the side table was on back order. They said it would be in in a few weeks but it ended up taking two months. So we purchased last year a supposedly real top grain leather sectional. It's not a year yet and it comes of already... I'm in the textile industry and I knew that this can't be real leather... when asked the rep . He assured me it's real. ... I had a bonded leather couch for 4 years until it's started to peel and this piece of garbage costed us $2500 ! Read more
