Impossible to contact. No refund issued after return
- - It has been 3 weeks since returning the chair, and a refund has not been issued.
- - Calls to FFO and support went unanswered; they want a refund.
Furniture Liquidators owns FFO and processed the credit card we used to purchase a lift chair.
It has now been 3 weeks since the chair was returned and a refund has not been issued.
I have called FFO where purchased 3 times and left a message, but they do not return my calls.
I have called the main customer service line 2 times and left a message and again no return call.
I want a REFUND and am damn tired of this whole situation.
needless to say, I will no longer do business with any company associated with Furniture Liquidators

- - Purchased reclining leather sofa with chair; warranty added in 2013.
- - Leather tearing; seams and frame coming apart; warranty not honored.
Purchased reclining leather sofa with matching chair.Added extra 5 yr warranty 2013 through furniture liquidators. Have had nothing but trouble since purchased.
Now the leather is falling off back of cushions, coming apart at seams as well as pulling apart from wood frame. When called about it, they refused to honor warranty.
We are more than upset we want something done in regards to this matter asap. Thank you.
