This company take your money and never delivers. I payed more than $8000 thinking that I got a good deal about 2 months ago.

I've been calling for more than 3 weeks now and the customer service do not serve you. They only lie and postpone things. They are opening a new online shop and trying to avoid there bad reputation a build a better one with a new store, I will call tomorrow to get there new website. I hope there is a legal consequences for there acts.

I will be contacting my lawyer and I will be filing a dispute, apparently I am not the only one who has the same issue. Please do not waist your money.

I ordered a $61 product that should really have been around $130. I called to verify the price and item and was assured this was correct.

After 11 days of nothing, the only person that seemed to field my questions (Jason) said he'd called the manufacturer and they had NONE. He said he CANCELLED my order! I was angry because they had used my money for 11 days (with how many other people's money to invest for themselves) and obviously had no intention of selling me that item with free shipping at that price. Since this company also uses Efurnitureshowroom.com as their website and had the same item listed at $127, I know the item was available.

They must put these bogus prices online to increase their bottom line as they use your money with no intention of delivering. Hopefully I get my refund from my "cancelled" order.

Furniture factory Warehouse sold over 4700 customers thousands of dollars in furniture in their Killeen, TX store, much of which was ASHLEY. They can not provide what they sold, many times loaning customers the same piece, damaged from the showroom, under false pretenses, our furniture was on order and it was to be traded out in a few weeks when ours arrived from ASHLEY.

They filed bankruptcy 5/2010 with no intentions of providing what was ordered under the WRITTEN AGREEMENT to make the exchange. FFW knew they were not going to make good on it when they sold it, Ashley can do nothing, and thousands of clients, many military personnel spending their hard earned money from a combat zone are left with nothing having spent their combat pay.
