Have not received my furniture I am going to drop furniture off outside The storemy name is Kara Grimm They cannot provide me with my furniture they will not get my money and waiting 5/2021ti is now April 28, 2022 if they would like a payment they can contact my lawyer

Never refunded or notified

I put a sectional on layaway I went in to make my last payment and they had disappeared I called and called I left voicemail I got no response this has been over a year now I'm owed almost a $1000.00 from them

I purchased a living room set in March of 2021. Ive been told every time I emailed the date changes every time Ive spoken to someone.

I was told in may it would be 16 more weeks.

At that point I just wanted my money back. I requested a refund may 12 and I still havent received my money.

Terrible Service Delivery Ripoff

I placed order on 11/5 after a call to and assurance by FE that sofa/loveseat was available and stock in the desired color. told it would be delivered in a week.After more than a week of no updates or trackting info i called only to be told by FE that they DONT have items in stock and oh by the way we wont have it until DECEMBER 3.i had gotten no phone call, email or any notification at all of these facts.So now i pick different color that IS in stock.

told to wait ANOTHER week to have it brought from warehouse for shipping.it is now 11/ 17 i called and was told it would ship on mon 11/19 and take 3-5 days to arrive.NOPE. today is 11/26 and still no furniture.

I was told to call company named Forward Air.(time to pass the buck now)So i contact Forward Air this morning "to arrange delivery".This company just gave a delivery window for tommorow 11/27 11a-3p.And this nightmare isnt over yet.Forward Air just informed me that i was getting what is called a "pallet delivery" which means they will unload furniture in my parking lot and Leave,not into my home or even to the porch.

this is so sad.i live alone on a fixed income and i am handicapped and mobility disabled.So now i sit here wandering whats gonna happen and how will i get this furniture into the house?

UNBELIEVABLE. I need to add the fact that i did in fact pay a $150.00 DELIVERY FEE to Furniture Express.This is AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Bottom Line-.IF YOU DONT LIVE IN MINNESOTA DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY even though they advertise "we ship nationwide.SAD
