Unprofessional & Unacceptable Service
- - Delivery and installation were late; the installer allegedly lied about timing and attempts to contact went unanswered, upfront payment required.
Furniture Assembly Experts - DC office installers & furniture assemblers
BEWARE We hired this company to deliver & install an imported expensive reception desk to our customer in Maryland. The purpose of White Glove Delivery + Installation is to offer a customer an experience.
To say this was the most unprofessional business weve ever hired is wholeheartedly an understatement. When I spoke with the installation representative, he lied saying the furniture was only left outside for an hour. He also stated there was police presence when they dropped off the desk, so it was safe. Where?
I dont see them in the image. Im guessing he didnt know the customer sent us a time stamped image of the desk being left at 6:30am. The appointment was scheduled for 02/29 at 9 am. Moreover, they arrived 30+ minutes late for installation.
Unfortunately, I was unable to leave a rating of less than 1 star.
I will post this to every platform to hopefully prevent any company or individual from this humiliating and embarrassing experience.
Regrettably I didn't check Google reviews prior to hiring them.
Any attempts to contact this company go unanswered. This is why they require you to pay upfront.
