Product color was not as agreed upon
The seller and buyer agreed upon a specific color, even sent pictures . The teak root console was to be bleached.
Upon receipt, the console was brown. We were told by the seller to contact the shipper for a chemical compound to bleach the item. We were lied to and the methodology to contact Etsy is horrible .
No resolution and we have spent $2000 for this item. No stars for this company
