As a professional dog groomer, I've been using the FURminator products for 12years. I called the customer service number on their web page today to be spoken to by the customer service rep like I was a child.
He would not answer any of my questions or direct me in the right direction for my inquiry. Very condescending and ended the call by hanging up on me.
I would not be in business if I treated customers this way. I will look elsewhere for a comparable product.
