Need an RMA for an order. A different shipment was not received
ButI ordered three 44 inch dog beds by error. I am trying to get an RMA to return them.
I then ordered three 36 inch dog beds. Fed Ex delivered, but I did not receive. I do not know the person who signed for receipt of the beds. I want my order.
Emails to FurHaven do not process. An unknown error message appears.
User's recommendation: Buy through Chewy or Amazon. Not directly from Fur Havdn
