- Been texting for 2 weeks; they keep asking for more info before sending.
- I ended up buying another one; support is only text, not live help.
Been texting back and forth for 2 weeks, they were going to send a new one and all they keep texting is they need more info. I am so over this.
I then had to buy another one!!!

My Furbo Camera was hacked; someone was watching/talking to me

Very disturbing. Tried to contact Furbo for help & no response except through email.
