WORST RESCUE - ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT MONEY

Nadine and her mother Pam are the WORST people to deal with. Completely ignorant through email and fake in person. They don't seem to care about the dogs but rather the money. They claim to care about where the dogs are placed and who with yet they give dogs away at adoption events to anybody who walks in with money. WILL NEVER deal with this organization again and will do my best to inform everybody I talk to, to do the same. This is by far the worst agency in Calgary. Nadine, Pam..... Please... Learn how to deal with people and care for the dog, not just yourselves.

Wow! I adopted from Fur-ever Home Rescue from Calgary and did not realize they had so many bad reviews. I have to say, my experience was wonderful. I appreciate all the care they put in and checks to make sure the dogs are going to a good home. I interacted with the absolutely wonderful foster parents of the two dogs I adopted to make sure the dogs had a smooth transition. I appreciated that Fur-ever Home medical care they provided before I got my dogs to make sure I had healthy animals etc. It is too bad there are bad reviews because I believe this organization is necessary to keep dogs out of high kill centres. It is hard for small organizations that do not have a lot of staff and depend on volunteers not to run into some issues at times because of lack of man power but every dog I saw looked happy and healthy. It has been one year since I adopted Aaron and Ruthie and we are all happier and healthier for it. I was able to give a good forever home to two dogs that needed it and I would not hesitate to send anyone I know the Fur Ever Home Rescue to get a life long family dog member.
