Complaint only reason 4 * is won't let me post otherwise
- - Staff were rude and disrespectful to my daughter and me.
- - The manager was criticized and should be fired.
- - They hung up on me and I will voice this.
My daughters experience today at the fun park in Lewiston Maine doesn't even deserve a star, the disrespect & embarrassment my daughter endured & myself by the staff & I use this "title" loosely "manager" they all should be fired! SHAME on them for treating a child like that & being BEYOND rude to me at my time of frustration & heartbreak for my child & basically hung up on!
Funzi needs to really evaluate who is hired there especially mangers! I WONT LET THIS SLIDE & FORGET about it!
I will be voicing what happened to the appropriate people & places! RESPECT, PISSED OFF MOM!
