Poor service, unsafe product.
- - Dropped off 20 minutes before the party with no communication; slide bottom missing and dangerous.
- - Castle collected next day with no communication.
Jumping castle was dropped off 20 minutes before the party was to begin, no communication, not able to be contacted by phone (office shut). Castle had a slide but the bottom of slide was missing and extremely dangerous, we had to put pillows down so that children didnt injure themselves. After the party the castle was only collected the next day, again with no communications.

Fun time Party... more like SCAM time party - STAY AWAY.
- - The company takes money quickly and avoids accountability.
- - They delivered a faulty product, were hard to reach, and refused refunds.
Horrible company, will take your money as quick as possible. But then when there is a problem with their service, they deny any accountability, hard to contact and will not refund.
Terribly disappointed.
They delivered a product knowing it was faulty, took our cash, made no offer to assist once it was too late, promised a refund on pick up and then extremely hard to reach and refused refund.
How they are still in business is beyond me. STAY AWAY!

- - Refund offered: $40 on $318; order not placed.
Our castle Turned up 2.5 hours late for a kids party, kids got use for 1 hour before it got too dark and the party ended.
I Kept being told the castle was on its way, when I asked for money back the next day I got told I should have canceled on the day however I was never given the opportunity to do this as always told its on its way to then find out the order was not even placed. Such bad service.
I got offered a $40 refund after paying $318
Please Dont use Funtime party hire worst company ever and they dont care about customers and ruined our kids 7th birthday party.
