Not possible to connect phone call, no response to emails, long delivery window with no update information supplied, not a very good way to run a business

Go elsewhere I ordered a cooler dog bed when the heatwave started. I have still not received the order, I have tried many times to call the number shown on the website with no success as cannot connect.

I have sent 2 emails with no response, I have also filled out the contact us for help with no response to anything.

It is most frustrating to not be able to get any updates on the order. I most certainly will not be ordering anything else from them.

User's recommendation: Pour l'instant il m'est difficile de noter cette entreprise, je n'ai reçu aucune adresse de retour ou d'étiquette de retour pour ce remboursement, j'ai un délai de 14 jours pour le retourner, en attente d'une réponse. Je ne peux garder cet article, sa grandeur est trop courte, j'ai déjà commandé la bonne grandeur, est-ce que je dois la retourner, pour être en parti rembourser ou bien est-ce qu'il me la rembourse comme si ce colis était perdu, pourtant ce n'est pas le cas. Toujours en attente de leur adresse de retour ou de leur étiquette de retour. Aucune réponse pour le moment.
