Over charging and incompetent workers

We received a quote, we went with them. The rep filled out the paperwork. i did not realize I was dealing with an incompetent. He did not put the value on the shipment. Merchandise was lost and damaged $400 worth. We lost all that. Then without notice we received a bill 8 months later for increase in shipping. I told them no, that we needed to be credited. I was not informed of this increase in shipping. Blue Grace emailed back that we would be credited. Instead they charged the credit card. Do not do business with these people they are not to be trusted with any work.
