The Fun Express rep did call back and offer a waiver due to COVID still being an issue. So I will try the company to see if the saving are worth the value.
I applied for an account which stays in review for up to 48 hours. I was then called by a very rude lady who wouldn't let me speak.
I was told my company couldn't have an account unless I spent $2000 per year. Which if I failed to meet I would be billed a membership fee to make sure that I would hit that amount After the whole phone conversation was over I was sent any email telling me I could get free shipping from oriental trading. Not only are they are expensive they weren't offering the products I was needing to order. The selections is horrible at best compared to this site My email to the company.
I was very disappointed in how my new customer account was set up. I do a ton of birthday parties for my business however I don't spend more than $1500 a year on them. When I was told that I could use a much more costly website which now I am guessing also belongs to you. orientaltrading.com they have also now lost my business.
Its hard enough for small business owners to make a livable income without companies like this one making it even harder. I will be taking my business somewhere else. The specialty items really caught my eye.
Its a shame that my money is no good to you unless I can spend $2000 per year. This is the type of thing that forces small business owners to raise prices when it's not necessary.
