Fun Express complaint

I ordered two bracelets engraved from Fun Express and paid $25.00 for overnight shipping. The sizes were absolutely wrong... even though they both said Medium on the order the girls bracelet was much larger. I told Colin the problem and he said to send back the wrong one and they would look at it and make a correction. I mailed the bracelet back and now he says that he received the envelope empty and has decided to close the complaint. He basically stole my money and the bracelet. He has provided no proof that the envelope was empty. Poor Service. Liars and basically thieves. Never buy from this person and the company... The quality of the merchandise was very poor. The star symbol looks like a starfish and not a star. It was bad advertising and very misleading. I should cancel the order with my credit card, but one of the bracelets was OK... Obviously I needed them for an event and that is why I paid for the overnight shipping. Now we were not able to give the gift.

Terrible Business, Insulting Consumer's Intelligence, & Poor Customer Service

Colin from Fun Express Village has terrible customer service. Don't buy from Colin at Fun Express Village!!! I never write reviews but Colin at Fun Express Village was so bad to do business with I need to let everyone know. I ordered 5 bracelets from Fun Express Village. I received confirmation that my order was shipped from Fun Express Village. Over two weeks after the expected receipt date I contacted Fun Express Village three times before anyone returned my emails. Colin from Fun Village Express told to me that my order was lost in the mail by the USPS later Colin from Fun Express Village refused the evidence of this saying the tracking number was where he got his information which I also had and which gave no indication of a shipment being lost. Colin from Fun Express Village then went on to tell me my order was cancelled and a refund was in process. I told Colin at Fun Express Village that I never requested a refund or cancellation and would like my order so we would both be satisfied. Colin at Fun Express Village then went on to tell me that since the package had been "lost" they now had no more inventory to satisfy the order I made so he cancelled my order and refunded my card....without telling me he was doing any of this or why. At this point I assume Colin at Fun Express Village never had any intention of contacting me to refund my card for an order he know was not going to be fulfilled. My card has not been refunded and I have had to contact my card company to get this matter resolved. Colin at Fun Express Village mislead me, was insulting to me thinking that I would fall for his excuses and has done absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. Colin at Fun Express Village, I would never do business with this company again. Do not buy from them whether you are a wholesaler or consumer....people like this should not be in business.
