Model no KX11OF colour blue ,was delivered to my daughters address of 377 Prestwick Road WD19 6UL instead of my address 108 Thirlmere Gardens HA62RU, the bike is actually mine ,the man who delivered bike has scratched flooring dragging it across hallway.
