Purchase of carnival ride. ALLEDGEDLY New you be the judge

My report concerns the purchase of an allegedly new carnival ride in January 2011. which I took delivery of 14 February 2011. As of August 2011 I was forced to invest a further $12,000 in order to bring it to the required safety compliance code. I have basically rebuilt a large part of the ride. This story will fascinate you. It also goes to show that even taking the time to investigate, research and use due diligence, hazards exist in all transactions. I kept a detailed documentation of this whole transaction the details, images, engineers reports, Safety inspection reports, electrical inspection reports are posted at the product sucks dot com You be the judge. Enjoy!
