Very rude customer service only let you rent if it's one person if u a gay couple they won't let you rent untill a certain time they are very dirty and bad communication

The employees was rude they are racists they are disrespectful and they told me and my spouse that we had to wait until 8:00 to get a room and then they gave a white person a room with no problem.

- The staff cut me off, asked for a room number, and told me to come in.
Fulton Inn in Atlanta, Ga has terrible customer service! I left my drivers license at the front desk the night before, I ended up staying at another hotel so i called the next day to find out if I did leave it at the desk.
A woman answered the phone, i told her what happened, she cut me off mid sentence like I was bothering her asking me for my room number. I told her i didn't have 1 since i didn't pay for a room there. Her words were "I don't know, you have to come here."
Her tone of voice was so rude, I asked her if she could just let me know if a license was left there and she raised her voice and told me I have to come there. Mind you I never raised my voice at her once, so I asked to speak to a manager, she replied " The manager is not here, i am busy!!" and continued yelling at me. She was so loud and disrespectful I hung up the phone. I'm so glad I didn't pay for a room at that hotel
