Fulton Beach Bungalows-Terrible Customer Service--very rude over asking rates. My question: If you would agree to the $930 you quoted me for March and add internet I would book immediately for the whole month of March plus another week or so. Their response: We do not pay for our quests' internet service. After reviewing ALL of this e-mailing back and forth and several phone calls, plus talking to your mother in person, my partner and I have decided not to rent a bungalow to you. This matter was investigated at length by the Better Business Bureau of Texas. The BBB experienced the same exhaustion from the potential guest as did Fulton Beach Bungalows. The BBB ruled in favor of our decision not to lease to this person.
