Ordered a Scrabble Quilt - from Full Cart - what a mistate

Do not buy anything from this company (China). They will rip you off. I ordered a Quilt for my mother for Christmas and it arrived two months late, which is really not the issue although, I was a bit disappointed. The real reason I am upset is because the website was terrible and they informed me that I could have returned an item that I ordered by mistake. I didn't get my confirmation right away because the website went down, so I thought the order did not go through. I then ordered another Quilt for 69.00. I IMMEDIATELY realized my mistake and emailed the customer service message board. They are extremely responsive; however, the person said "no problem" wait until the quilts come in and follow the directions on sending the one you ordered by mistake back and they will refund my money. Well, fast forward two months later. I received the gift (Quilt) for my Mother, two months after I ordered it, a month after Christmas, then I received the other Quilt, I tried to return it. I contacted their Customer Service again. And the only name I had was an Amy M. which was on the package. The person in Customer service said take a picture of everything and send it to them. So, I did. I didn't even open it the Quilt, it is still in plastic. The Customer Service person said that it was too late to return and their policy states that they would only return items that were damaged. I explained that when I ordered on their website I should have been able to cancel because I accidentally ordered two of them, and when I contacted them, they said it would NOT be a problem. So, basically they lied, and now I am stuck with an ugly cheaply made scrabble blanket. I would like to return this item and get my money back. The blanket is still in its original package. I saved all of my communication emails/messages with this terrible company. If you would like to contact me, I can be reached through email tinakap@***.net. the address of the company is below: Office Address: Unit 1411, 14/Floor, Cosco Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong Our supplier: Yiwu Lanna Garment Co., Ltd. (No. 98 Shuang Feng, road, Fotang town, Yiwu Zhejiang, China)

Lunch okay, dinner lousy

The service is good if you go during lunch when there are friendly waitresses and they are compelled to show off, for instance, to the government workers. One of them, who is the daughter of the proprietor, is very fixated on money. Twice she did not want to refund me a larger bill after I paid as if the change should be her tip. This is not her tip. I offered it to the other waitress who was more attentive. Next time I split my change in half, which she also took as an insult that I did not offer her the exclusive right to the change but instead shared it with the other waitress. I knew she took it as an insult because the next time I came in, and I was happy for them for this, it was New Year's Day and they were busy, so she hurriedly seated me. She did not return my greeting of Happy New Year's day even when I made a point of greeting her when seating, and also when leaving. Yet she made a very obsequious point of wishing the Caucasian visitors "Happy New Year!" whenever one left. (I do not think she bothered to wish the African American visitors "Happy New Year" either.) She seemed to ignore or take for granted the customers of Asian descent. They are very concerned about money, for instance, when I lunched I heard one refer to me as just a $10 income. I realize I may have not been ordering that much for dinner since I only ordered a $14 vegetarian. She sort of made fun of that also that I would order Buddhist delight. Then the dish it came in was dirty! The glass dish on the outside was greasy like they had reused the dish from another customer. All the teapots seem to be missing their teapot caps which is pretty bizarre since the knobs only cost like less than a dollar since they screw into the top. The Buddhist delight dinner was very mediocre. I know because I've eaten a lot of Chinese food, including in Hong Kong, and among the best restaurants. They seemed to think that Buddhist Delight would be saucy Chop-suey fare without the meat, but with just a tad more mushrooms of various type, but not much more than that. Also, to save money, many more Chinese restaurants are hiring Latino cooks who took a course in Chinese cooking. I've seen several places where the Latinos are doing the cooking in the back, which saves them money. I would not write this up---I really wish them well---but when they are not very nice and especially to Chinese customers, it's quite an affront. Talking about how much money they hope to make off of you, and treating you with respect only according to your appearance (apparent class or income or race) is discriminatory! I don't think I will be returning there anytime soon.

Sounds like you are very unhappy with the food, service and staff at this restaurant, so it would be best for all involved if you did eat elsewhere.
