Fullerton chrysler/dodge
- - Multiple service visits on a 2006 Dodge Dakota; issue unresolved after parts; rude manager; lemon-law discussion; not recommended Fullerton.
I bought a 2006 dodge dakota not even a month ago. and the day after i purchased it i brought it in for service.
They kept it for 2 days and told me they fixed it. All they did was a trans flush. I turned right back around and dropped it back off they kept it for 3 days and the service manger said nothing was wrong with it. Finally after the 4th time of bringing it in they replaced the torque converter and it still wasnt fixed.
so i came back in and talked to the service manager. Bad Idea he was the nastiest and most unpolite person ive ever met. he told me i was crazy and an *** and told me a torque converter cost 1800 just in parts when it was only 250. finally i told him about the lemon law that is written right in the warranty and he told me i was wrong and to get a lawyer.
finally after he began to curse i immeduatly walked out and got my sales man and the manager. So far nothing has gotten done and i am still left with a lemon.
overall i would never in a million years recommend fullerton chrysler dodge ford jeep and Fiat to ANYONE. So do yourself a favor and stay away from the dealership they have no clue what costumer service is

Where to start?
Ummmm.. you failed to tell us what the problem was with the vehicle. And you don't say whether you got a lawyer or not.
Newsflash - companies are not on your side. They give out these "warranties" but they know that a single person on their own can't enforce it. Did you think they would just take the truck back without a fight?
It's your responsibility to enforce any contracts you have with a company. If that means you need to sue them, then sue them. If that means you need a lawyer - then get a lawyer. Failing do to anything about this is only going to make owning the vehicle that much harder.
