Full Service Barbecue in Knoxville TN Foul tasting BBQ Rude and uncaring staff
Went to Full Service BBQ on Cedar Lane in Knoxville TN for lunch after church on Sunday. Ordered three sandwiched and drinks for the family. Each sandwich was twice the price of any other BBQ stand in town. The sauce which was not optional or offered as a choice of mild or hot was so hot it made the sandwiches inedible. The fat in the meat was beyond compare. The staff was unfriendly and rather unkempt looking with greasy hair and lots of facial hair. No posted health score in site. Bathrooms next to kitchen were dirty and unkept. Stay away from this place as it is a ripoff and the food is horrible.

We LOVE Full Service BBQ! The original location is in Maryville and we were very excited when they opened a Knoxville location.
Sandwiches are big with plenty of meat - you can request several kinds of sauce (my favorite is the Carolina). Never had problems with fat on our sandwiches and the ribs are fall off the bone great.
Folks might want to check their ranking on trip advisor. Also heard on the news that they are 1 of only 2 places in Knoxville listed in the newly published book - The 100 Best Barbecue Restaurants in America.
