Rushed job too busy

This is another case of too few people doing too much work. This company contracts with Lowes to do flooring installations.

No one is innocent. Lowes hires one contractor to cover an area too large for one contractor. Full Circle spreads itself too thin hiring too few employees. The first thing that happened was that the job was delayed by one day.

Then I told Full Circle that I don't have a protected area for them to cut the carpet. Full Circle stated that they would cut the carpet at Lowes. They cut the carpet on my front lawn, fortunately it wasn't raining at the time. I also told Full Circle that I didn't want any employees to smoke cigarettes on my property.

Both employees smoked cigarettes on my property. Although I was angry I wanted them to finish and get off my property. As for the job, although it was rushed, so far the carpet is intact. One thing that bothers me is that they didn't remove the baseboard trim.

They installed the carpet up to the trim. Another case of if you don't ask, you won't know what's going to happen. No one will volunteer the information. Also Rick Ruggieri, the owner of Full Circle, told me that he does free estimates so he gave me his phone number so that we could make an appointment to look at a back door frame.

I called and left a message two months ago with no return call. I recommend that you try to use a small local flooring company instead of a national corporation like Lowes or Home Depot.
