Fuel Rewards

3.issues.
1.For months I have continued to see emails for gas and dinning transactions for a supposedly closed and deactivated account.
2.The gas transactions are not my credit card they are from Florida transactions which is the original reason I was told to closed the account it would be deactivated and to open a new one with new phone number and email.
but I still receive the emails showing both gas purchases from Florida and my dinning transactions are still logged under the closed deactivated 3.Account.
The dining transactions are mine detailing my credit card usage on a closed deleted account. Not secure and when reported over the last 3 months multiple times multiple emails multiple calls I still don't get my dining rewards points so I'm losing on gas no 10 cents 25 cents whatever it is I'm still losing and the pain and suffering of trying to relay this issue over the phone multiple times I should be crazy because every time I talk to someone or email someone it is swept under the darned rug.

Now I got a nice guy once at Shell who was the wrong Department he's been there for years he's the gas guy per say nice guy can I talked shell is good company good gas my father used shell over 60 years ago and why would you want to take a hit like this when you just need someone to own the problem fix the problem compensate the person and move on but months and months of not being able to fix an issue like this it's scary it's like a rabbit hole of what could be going on with cyber with technology I want to use shell I want to get my rewards I want to feel safe I want to feel secure and I want to not have the stress that I've been going through to just report the issue and have it fixed pain and suffering of liking a company. Watch your emails.
