This company has hounded me for two months over a Klarna payment for something I never received - 49 pounds which I have since paid for an item I never received. There is no record of me receiving this item through the post or picture of delivery being handed to me.
I will never use this company again.

User's recommendation: Be wary about ordering correct size. All I want to do is exchange for smaller size. Their phone number just says they’re unavailable they do not reply to emails. They sell pretty expensive goods on behalf of sports teams for example Mercedes F1.their process for exchange does not work. Truly shocking
