Verified Reviewer |We went in to Fudtuckers in Ashland Va, customer service person did not wear gloves, touched our food, cussed us out. He kept pulling his pants up and called us spoiled brats. We did get a refund.
We feel the person who waited on us should be fired, he definitely does not belong in a setting to serve the public

The food was bland, not good at all. Not sure if it's the staff and how they make it or if this is how it's made, but I'm very disappointed with the food.
The only food item that was okay was the fries; everything else that I ordered—three adult chicken fingers, one impossible burger, and one pound cheeseburger—was absolutely gross. The two burgers were horrendous. We got up to play a few games, but unfortunately, we had an emergency with my car key and we left abruptly before I had a chance to speak to someone. I believe I called only twenty minutes after we left.
The manager remembered me. I told him to please ask his boy about how the food looked after we left. It was untouched. I explained the urgency of us leaving before speaking to him.
He told me he's not refunding, wasn't refunding very rudely, without any explanation. I am disappointed and disgusted by the establishment, and not only will I never come here again, but I will be sure to tell everyone about this place (Ledgewood, NJ) location.

Manager Mario was beyond rude, refused to help with the refund, went to another location because of transportation issues, and finally made it to the original store. The manager was the rudest I've ever encountered.
The food was not cooked correctly, plus I was missing items that I ordered. I found a hair in one of the burgers. I wasn't given a paper receipt either, and my significant other was in a severe accident, which postponed us dealing with the initial experience.
But they refused to give us any compassion and treated us as if we were trying to get a handout. Despicable!

I visited Fuddruckers yesterday for lunch. I Was a frequent customer prior to my visit yesterday.
I am a senior who had knee surgery recently and could not take the stairs. As I entered the restaurant I asked the bartender names Josh if he would be kind enough to ride the elevator with me upstairs because I have a phobia of riding in elevators alone. He replied. I cannot leave this area and you can take the stairs.
How arrogant & awful was his reply. It was empty at the bar & there were no guests in the downstairs area. I know he was not obligated to assist me, yet I found his response appalling & inappropriate. I expressed my concerns to the manager once I got upstairs.
I will NEVER patronize Fruddruckers in Chinatown on 7th Street in D.C.,or any other location EVER!! Josh DO NOT BELONG WORKING IN HOSPITALITY!!
Also, he does not have any respect for elders! Maybe he was raised in the hood and NEVER was taught respect & courtesy towards elders!

Poor service
- Kobe burger arrived rare, then bloody rare, then medium well.
- Manager promised fries and cheddar; long delays; refund and shake offered.
My wife and I just had dinner at the Pembroke Pines location. She ordered a Kobe burger medium and it came to her rare.
We spoke to the manager and he said he would give her a side of fries and cheddar on the burger. After waiting an total of 30 minutes her burger came out but this time it was bloody rare. My wife was so hungry and upset she just wanted to leave. The manager said he would cook the next burger himself which I watched and he didn't.
After 45 minutes her 3rd burger arrived medium well so she just ate it.
The manager gave us our money back and offer a shake. I can tell you how upsetting this was for my wife and me for her to eat by herself while I waited for her to finish when we should've been dining together.
I felt that her should have been offered dinner (like another burger) on a different night since tonight was a disaster.
He told me he couldn't because the Kobe Burger was their most expensive burger.
His general manager Mr Joshua Suarez I believe his name was confirmed, nothing more could be done.
How is it that Fuddruckers could ruin our Friday night, make my wife wait for her meal and feel by offering a burger and shake makes up for it. My wife cried not because of the burger but by the way she was treated.
I've been in food service for over 45 years and would throw away 2 burgers in front of a customer that been waiting for over 45 minutes and see that there visably upset and not offer them a reset dinner on me to make up for it.
If you can waste 2 burgers because of not cooking them right you can most certainly offer my wife one to make up for not valuing her time or feelings about the negative experience.

My visit last night to Fuddruckers was beyond disappointing. The food was horrible, and the management was not helpful.
Everything about the meal was terrible. Such a disappointment, as we used to eat at Fuddruckers many years ago, and it used to be wonderful. This restaurant location in Pinecrest, FL, needs massive improvement!! The chicken sandwiches were greatly overcooked & dry.
The condiments table had all old lettuce & tomato that was turning brown. When I asked for my chicken sandwich to be remade again, the manager had us waiting for an excessively long time & I realized that she had forgotten about helping us.
It wasn't until I tracked her down & asked again, for our sandwiches to be re-made, that we were finally served our re-made chicken sandwiches, only to be given new sandwiches with the same, now COLD fries on the side!!!. This restaurant obviously needs much better management and employees who understand how to properly cook the Fuddruckers recipes and properly serve a plate of hot food!!
