My car has swayed left and right since it came off the lot. Yes that's right, I had a alignment done on a brand new 2016 Nissan Versa from Jacksonville Florida. I have dealt with the swaying since then, occasionally bring it in to have them look at the reason why it was swaying like that, with them telling me there's nothing they could do. Well today I brought it to the attention of Nissan consumer affairs. They said they would bring it to the regional Consumer Affairs. Let's see what happens. The reason why I brought it in to the Nissan service center in Jacksonville Florida where I bought the vehicle today was I almost wrecked as my car swayed into the left and right lanes next to me. I had to slam on the brakes. I almost narrowly escaped hitting somebody. This car is crazy to drive. A service advisor told me that the technician was able to duplicate what I was talking about, upon test-driving it 16 miles. He sheepishly recommended an alignment. I cannot tell you how many alignments, balances, and other remedies I've tried, including how I got a new tire, there's nothing that fixes the swaying problem that it's had since I purchased the vehicle. And you know what the service advisor told me?....that with this car I have to expect that it's going to do that because it is a Nissan Versa, and I told him that was not acceptable. It is not acceptable to drive my child around in a car that potentially can get in a wreck at any time because of a defect within the makings of the car itself. Also the service advisor recommended that I go into the showroom and purchase a safer vehicle. I told him they shouldn't sell vehicles that aren't safe to drive, that sway all over the place where you nearly avoided getting into an accident in them. I asked him if anybody else who owns a Nissan Versa has this problem. He said nobody, never, no one has ever complained about having this problem with a Nissan Versa or feeling this unsafe within them. He just kept telling me there was nothing else that he could do, except have me get an alignment, which would be at my own expense, yes I had to pay for the alignment. So I took my car to get an alignment elsewhere, somewhere cheaper. And I will see what Nissan consumer affairs tells me. The service advisor at Nissan in Jacksonville Florida makes me feel like he is treating me as though I am a stupid person, and I am a very intelligent person. I also had a pacemaker / ICD put in 3 weeks ago, and my heart cannot deal with this stress. I cried, and my chest got flushed and red from the stress, and all of the people there at Nissan made me feel about 2 mm tall and as though I was an idiot. This is not how you treat customers... PERIOD!!!!!!!!! PS, ALL OF THIS HAPPENED WHILE MY CAR WAS UNDER WARRANTY.

Bad Cutomer service at Fuccillo Nissan on Blanding Blvd
The service representative showed poor customer service in dealing with me and how he handled my concern about a noise in my car I had never heard of after they did my oil change and airbag change. He acted like it was nothing and proceeded to tell me about what I would need to pay . I brought my car back in with a scheduled appt to have it checked out and handled . He was very nonchalant and had no care . I asked him for his boss . He told me that I could go around the corner to his office instead of him calling or going to get his boss . But I told him that was rude and I as the customer should not have to go and try to find his boss . He said that he will no longer talk with me and would walk away if I kept talking. Very bad experience on Valentine’s Day ..
