It still has not been resolved even turned in a complaint with the department of motor vehicles with no help as they try to say they have the reciepts to prove they have have paid it well like i tried telling the guy from the dmv that i had same kind of receipt and instead of a refund they took out another 150 even gave him a bank statement to show him but all he kept saying is that they have the receipts to prove they paid it back and what gave them the authority to pull out the other money in the first place all inspector kept saying is get ahold of my bank why should i have to do all this its their responsiblity to make sure i get it back they have padded their books to cover it up as have contacted my bank they say no refund is even in progress from them and those receipts mean nothing to them as i have same exact receipt and they took out money inspector was not even taking into account my evidence at all they must have paid him off what a joke

I was at fuccillo Kia at Wesley Chapel on Saturday 9/3/2016 was lead to believe if I put down $150 plus a $850 check they hold for 30 days I get a car. The salesman Bobby told me that if I did not get approved I have my money back in a hour.

I was told after five hours of being there to give them the money they needed more time to get me approved. I get home which is about a hour drive and check my bank account online to find out they took out two $150 withdrawals from my bank account. I was very upset about this. I then went back to the dealership on 9/5/2016 to get my check and money back.The sales manager Adelso told me he had looked over my entire bank statement which I think is a violation of my privacy.

He then asked me about two deposits I had on my account then saying are you a drug dealer on the side which I did not appreciate at all. I said I want my money back. They take my debit card. He brings me back a paper and I said where is my debit card he says oh guess you want that back to.

I then get home to check my bank account online and find out they have taken out another $150 out of my account and only credited me back $150 which leaves me $300 in the hole with them. I call them back on Tuesday 9/6/2016 and got different stories from different people and lied to even by the general manager Shawn as he said he check it out call me back in five minutes and no call back imagine that. I have my bank statement signed by the banker with the highlighted withdrawals on it as proof.

I contacted the sheriff department on 9/6/2016 and they agree with me it's theft according to Florida state law. They said if it's not in your account first thing on 9/7/2016 to call them and they meet me at dealership to have salesman and the sales manager arrested for theft.
