The worse experience ever

I applied for credit on line for fuccillo kia in Clay ny. I was told when they called me i had excellent credit which gave me false.

hope. I fell in love with a sportage. When i was there my sale guy was Allen . He very nice.

But me and Allen were talking about the car i loved the fiance manager was in the area were customers sit yelling at a employee because he called him out on something and the employee wanted to go home and the fiance guy was yelling at him and told him if he goes home dont come back. Then the used car manager got involved and they yelled back and forth at each other. There was almost a fist fight. We tried to ignore it but then it went into personal phone calls on speaker and swearing among the staff that wasnt even working at the time.

Working as leadership at St. Joseph hospital i thought boy law suites waiting to happen here soon. So i was quoted with 500 down of payment of 600. I was okay with that cause i owed a lot on my car i was trading in.

Then i sat there for hours with noone to let me know what was going on. So i left. I called later and was told i needed $2400 down after disputing it i agreed on it with a payment in the low 500..i was okay with it. I talked to the fiance manager that was rude as heck and very unproffesional.

When i got there i was told my payment would be $20 less than $600 still.with the $2400 down. I was told over the phone the lower $500 was going to be .y payment. I figure with the payment 20 lower that the original quote some one was making out on this deal. The sales manage was so rude.

I dont know how the company didnt bankrupt from his actions alone. I had fair credit and i had the down payment and i still walked out of there without a car. I have purchased fuccillo cars for the last 15 yrs. I will never own a fuccillo car again.

I will save and save and then buy something worth the trade In a yr. Every car i ahave purchased from any of the fuccillo cars dealers has alway had some sort of a issues. Between staff or cars. I am not dropping this issue.

I intend to spread the word of how i was treated by fuccillo kias fiance manager.

I dont know how he is in the public eye is beyond me. Hes a *** a chip on his shoulders

I waited until the holidays were over before contacting you about a

situation I sincerely hope you were not aware of. I had our KIA Amanti

in for service 10/1/2015. Josh told me I needed front struts which

would cost $553. I told him I would think about it. a couple weeks

later I made an appointment for the struts. When I came in I was told

the parts department forgot to order them. I left a little upset and

Josh called the next day and said they would knock off $50, so I made

another appointment for 11/16/2015. This time Josh told me the bolts

were frozen and I would need new sway bars, control arms, etc. The cost

would be a little over $2000. I declined the work.

On 12/16/2015 I took the car to a local Chevy dealer for a second

opinion. Attached is the invoice in which they state NOTHING is wrong

with the suspension. I wonder how many people have been ripped off by

your service department. Needless to say, I will not be coming to Kia

of Clay anymore.
