Service
I brought my car in for service and had an appointment scheduled for 9 AM, left my car there and would pick it up later that day, called later and was told that it had not been checked yet and was going in after lunch. I then called back later to see what the status was, and they still did not have it done. Later that day I was told that it needed some parts ordered and would have to be finished tomorrow. The next day I called and spoke to a young lady that put me on hold for 6 minutes and was disconnected, I then called back and was put on hold a 2nd time and spoke to 3 different people. Finally, got a hold of someone and was told my car was finished and could come pick it up. I feel that the service I received those 2 days were not professional service.

Horrible and very degrading...
My experience was horrible. If you are Handicap or Disabled and are looking to purchase an accessible vehicle DO NOT go to any Fuccillo dealerships. Apparently the only thing that Mr. Fuccillo cares about is selling in bulk. I asked the salesman about their accessible souls and he looked at me like I have two heads and had no idea what I was talking about, not to mention he did not even know that they had accessible vehicles! Not a one on their lot! He then proceeded to try and sell me a regular soul. WTF? Made me feel terrible! He went inside to get his GM so I could speak with him. When he came back out he handed me a card for me to call some director lady in New York but also told me that he knows other makes have accessible vehicles. So for you Mr Fuccillo this problem is HUGH.I may be the Minority, but I matter too!

Won't sell me a car
I called them to get a cash price and they won't do cash deals over the phone. They want to get you into the dealership and hold you hostage to the sales dept. You can give them the VIN on the vehicle and they still won't deal over the phone. Their tactics make you feel like you are trying to steal from them when it is the other way around. If you go into the dealership they might give you a different price, man vs woman type prices. I don't want to drive 200 miles and find out they don't have any good deals on the model I am looking for.

Billy, Get OFF The Airwaves!
The Fuccillo Car Dealership ads in Buffalo, New York have got to be a joke. There is this egotistical owner named Billy with do-it-yourself Badvertising in which he is the star in a "look at me" way and you are obviously his next revenue target. This guy is a legend in his own mind and the ad agency must have a field day with him, telling him how wonderful he is (wink, wink) then charging him up the *** for the worst ads you've ever seen. The television and radio can't be turned off or changed to another station fast enough when these terrible ads come on in the household. Doesn't this guy get it - he's oversaturating (and overpaying) for these ineffective ads. The reason they probably run so much is that he's stuck in a long term contract for them (sucker's deal) or he loves himself so much that it's worth the price of thinking he is Mr. Big (but he's not). I would never buy anything from this place based on these bad ads alone. Other Badvertisers in the area are Cellino and Barnes insurance, and this guy from a airport jewelers selling gold from a little kiosk, who seems to finally have learned his lesson and stopped Badvertising so much either because he realized it doesn't work or people were so sick of his ads (bar chatter) that he finally stopped doing it. Less is more when it comes to getting out your message, but don't tell that to the ad agency that keeps wanting to string these suckers along (now you need a woman in the ad, now you need a minority, and so on). Just stop these annoying ads already!!!!

Never provided second key and replacement is $300+
bought 2011 Toyota Camry in Aug. 2013 and now will not respond to inquiries about what happened to second key. I believe the salesman threw the key onto the roof of building. Billy Fuccillo will and respond and managers just give you the brush off. Have called, Faxed, tried to find email address. Next will attack on all other social media necessary to get a response. consider going elsewhere to buy or look at cars both new and used. Myself and my family and everyone we know will hear about this bad experience. I tell two people and they tell two people and they tell two prople and they tell two people, soon most of Ft. Myers will know

Billy got off the air while trying to slim down, but it doesn't work. Still a big blowhard trying to loudmouth his way into your private space on television.
Very annoying, and I turn off the television as soon as this guy appears.
Just get off the air already - you are turning off potential customers!!! If you have to advertise, use good looking actors who talk intelligently and seem like nice people.
