We bought 6 Fu-nicha "z" chairs in faux leather and a glass dining table for over £800. Within 11 months the "faux" leather covers have ripped and worn through. The company claim not to have a record of us as clients despite giving them the delivery address. Terrible service on the phone and no answer to our email. Looking at the other complaints, they don't offer replacements or covers even.

They did not honour there 12 month warranty

i bought 8 chairs and a large glass dining table and a hall glass table from fu-nicha,after 10 months the hall table ( console table) the glass top came detached from the legs there was no broken glass it was though it was never really been treated properly as it just came unstuck! once it was assembled we never moved it just dusted the top, but when i called them thgey asked for photos to be emailed which i did, and the came back and just said it had been moved incorrectly and thats why it became detached not there problem and was not covered by warranty,they were just not interested. i was told by a retailer that as it was clear from the photos it had never been attached properly it was the maufacturers fault,but they just were not interested,there after service was rubish just like that particular bit of furniture,the table and chairs were perfect no problems whatso ever,it was just a faulty console table which they were not interested in replacing

Great Fu-Nicha Products & Service

Hi there, I am a frequent user of pissecconsumer.com and check here before I go with a company, I have to say that I have had my fair share of bad companies!! But I have to say I have found a little gem, and thought that I would share it with the rest of Pissedconsumer's users as I wish somebody had told me about it sooner, before I used all those bad companies. Its very well us complaining but we need to share our 'gems' too! I purchased a glass dining table and chairs from fu-nicha, communication was great, I was given a choice of delivery dates they phoned me up the day before to check it was okay to deliver the following day. The goods were perfect, great quality, looks fantastic - my friends keep asking where I got the table!- I am really pleased I found them and will deffinatley be using them again. I was really impressed by the great customer service, and I've found I'm not the only one! I suggested fu-nicha to 3 or my friends and some family members and all have had the same experience - a great one. This is deffinatly one to use guys, they are awesome - hope this helps all you pissedconumer users searching for a good furniture company! I know it helped me! Roger B.

On that theory, the other bad ridiculous reviews about being beaten up are quite obviously competition.

As are you Mr *** who writes as 'furnicha.com' if your trying to imitate fu-nicha, learn to spell it.

When you make a comment, get your english checked 'themselVes' not f, it really does undermine your comment further than you had already undermined it.

I've had used fu-nicha and they were fine, nice people at the showroom and good products.

People like you really do tick me off.

Avoid buying anything from *** Nicha"

Without doubt the worse customer service experience I have ever had. Spent £2000 buying bedroom furniture, not only did it arrive 2 days later than promised (inconvenience of having to take days off work) but I was not kept informed of this either. When the furniture arrived the people assembling it hardly spoke any English. I dont have anything against this but they couldnt understand where in the room I wanted it assembled & the layout. They assembled it in the wrong place which meant I was unable to move the items due to them being so heavy. Bed was king size but mattress was double which meant it didnt fit properly. A few bits of furniture were broken. When I confronted the shop keeper besides being rude he threatened me that he "knows where I live" & will "sort me out" simply because I complained in a polite but firm manner. This didnt mean replacing the mattress with a proper sized one but more like I'm gonna come & get you. It felt I was dealing with a thug rather than a shop retailer. Cause I complained he took it personally & promised not to rectify the problems that had occurred due to his furniture not being of satisfactory quality. I can only say stay away from this retailer at all costs unless you enjoy being ripped of with bad quality goods & service.

I visited their showrooms in london and was treated fine. purchased a table without chairs and it was good value, fast delivery and a helpful team.

would certainley use again.

NO WAY!!! I recently bought a bedroom set fu-nicha product, it works perfectly, good communication and service. Lovely people, would buy again.

The only 'sick b*stards' here are the ones making up that they have been beaten up and treated in such a way, if you had the last thing you'd do would be writing on a website called 'pissedconsumer' you'd be down the police station making a formal complaint.

And you should be careful what accusations you sling around, you could be taken to court for slander.

It doesn't matter where you buy it from as Fu-Nicha supplies nearly every furniture store in the UK.

Also, fu-nicha goods are being copied, including the packaging without the good quality.

You cannot seriously believe that a multi million pound business that supplies nearly every furniture store in the country would have staff who 'pour hot coffee' on people and 'beat them up'. They would never survive, these comments are ridiculous, it is not possible for a company who has done so well to work in such a way that is being suggested.



Hi, I was searching for a matching side table to go with my fu.com coffee table. I actually purchased it from a company in Bolton but the box came all opened and damaged.

So i wondered whether i should purchase direct from the company, but after these comments my head is spinning and i dont know what the heck to believe.

Back to Argos I go... where i AM allowed to return without abuse... usually!


I went there with my husband to ask a question about a product, and Joanna with A Tall Foreign Man, chopped my husband's head off in front of me and the blood went all over the sofa and they rubbed it in and sold it as red! What terrible customer service.

They didn't charge me for delivery though so that made up for it


I would like to say that I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions and have never had any problems, and people who read these comments should understand that the ridiculous suggestions of being beaten up and so on are total lies and created by either jealous competition or people who have nothing better to do than act slanderously on a website. Furthermore, the company is a multi-million pound concern, do you not think that if this kind of action was taking place that they would have, and still do, so well? Of course not. So people please do not listen to these ridiculous lies from people who have nothing better to do with their time than try to ruin other companies.


I was going to purchase from them. Thank God I check businesses out before doing business w them. Thank you so much for the warning!!

What A Story....


I brought a table and chairs from fu-nicha and everything went very well. Got my delivery within 2 days and was kept very well informed.

A pleasure to deal with.



OMG! I wish I had read these reviews beforehand. These sick bas*ards sold me a dining set.

The chairs were so ***, that they would not even fit together to stand upright.

I emailed glasstablesandchairs.com to no response. So I called and a guy called Michael answered telling me to F-off as they were all damaged and nothing could be done.

When I demanded my money back, he hung up.

I went to the showroom address on *** Street in London, and a skinny woman called Joanna claimed to be the director of the company. I showed her the chair and after another customer left, she and a tall foreign guy dragged me into the back office and poured hot coffee in my face.

I was punched in the stomach and vomitted but when I called the police, they denied it all and it became my word against theirs even though my sick was on the floor.

Sick people. I am now taking them to county court for my money back.
