Subject: Registration Issue: Unable to Sign Up for FTMO US Multiple Registration Error

Dear FTMO Support Team,

I am a U.S. resident (New York) attempting to register for FTMO US at ftmo.oanda.com.

After completing the registration form, I received the following error:

"Unfortunately, access to the Client Area for this email is suspended due to multiple registrations detected under your credentials."

I believe this may be related to a previous registration I made on FTMO Global (ftmo.com). As a U.S. resident, I understand that FTMO US (via the OANDA partnership) is the correct pathway for me, and FTMO Global does not accept U.S. clients.

Could you please help me resolve this?

Specifically:

1. If I have an existing FTMO Global account, can it be migrated or transferred to FTMO US?

2. If migration is not possible, can my FTMO Global account be closed so that I can register properly on FTMO US?

3.

Is there any other process I should follow to set up my FTMO US account correctly?

I have not purchased any challenges or have any active trading accounts. I simply want to start with a Free Trial on FTMO US.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Hiroaki Higaki
