I placed an order and they said they would deliver in two days. The delivery never happened so I called them back.
They apologized and said they would deliver them today. I got a call back in less than 30 minutes telling me that I had to go on line and pick out a new option because the one I picked was not available.
They did not ask if they could make are recommendation - it was all on me to take care of it. They refunded my money but I wanted to speak to a supervisor and then they hung up on me.
I will not place an order with them again.

For the $105.99 which I was charged, there was a "bouquet" delivered to my mother on her 70th birthday which looked like it was grabbed from the $12 bucket at the local grocery store. Just as pitiful and unimpressive as could be.
And the bouquet I ordered was the top tier item! It was absolutely supposed to be a premium quality. Disappointment and disenchantment are the only things which arrived. Very disgusted with this purchase.
There is nothing visible on the site which shows the actual manner in which the flowers will be delivered. This is in my mind a complete bait and switch. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

FTD Fail
I chose FTD, due to their long-standing reputation over the years for great flower arrangements, but obviously, times have changed recently. Last Wednesday, I placed an order with FTD for a floral arrangement for my wife.
I requested a delivery of 12/9 (Friday). When Friday came, I occasionally texted my wife to see how her day was (a sneaky way to find out if she got the arrangement as this was to be a surprise). Turns out, by 3:30 that afternoon, nothing had arrived. For the next hour and a half, I spoke with FTD C/S 5 times to find out what was going on with the delivery.
Apart from the many "I'm sorry" excuses, they "claimed" to have contacted the local florist, but they seemed to have trouble contacting the delivery driver. I had to repeatedly remind FTD that at 5pm, my wife's office was closing and no one would be able to receive the arrangement. On top of that, both her and I had to wait around for the arrangement to arrive. At 4:56pm, while speaking with the last C/S agent, I stated that i wanted a refund because there was clearly no way this arrangement would arrive on time.
I was told that I had to wait until after 5pm in order to receive the refund (and if FTD did not get an email from the florist to confirm delivery). Needless to say, I was beyond upset. As it turned out, my wife told me that she would have contact with anyone who was still at the office after 5 to inform her if someone showed up. She later found out that evening that no one did.
Throughout the weekend, she checked in with people she knew would be in the office over the weekend and again, nothing was there. At no time during the weekend, was I contacted by FTD for the refund either. I am currently out $100, and am trying to get a hold of FTD for a refund on an order that was never delivered.
Fortunately, I used PayPal and I may have to get them involved. I will NEVER use FTD again.

I ordered a bouquet That was supposed to include roses and like 3 other flowers. I received a picture of the bouquet and all it had was carnations.
When I called they told me that is their policy that they can substitute any flour with any other flower.
So I paid $70 for a box of carnations. What a rip off.

This is a very sad time for my family due to my mothet's death. My cousins sent a peace lily via FTD.
The first lily was damaged. The lilies are browned and broken. I called FTD and reported the problem and was told that a replacement would be delivered today. Again the replacement lily is damaged.
Leaves are ripped and bent. I called FTD and was placed on hold for over 45 minutes after asking to speak with a dupervisor, Because I could not tell the customer service rep (identified as Patty) the name and address of the party that sent the gift, the supervisor would not speak with me. Really! This was a gift from cousins who live in Seattle, WA, Butler, PA, and Arlington, VA.
I don't know who ordered it.
I was trying to resolve this without bringing them into the poor condition of the plants. How does FTD think it honored my grief by putting me through this?
Two seperate orders and I received neither!!
For a colleague's birthday we ordered her a bouquet of balloons and then later decided to order a bouquet flowers. Two separate orders to both be delivered the next day on her birthday.
Day of, I received a confirmation of delivery when we had yet to receive anything, so I called them and they said that the florists weren't answering the phone, so they couldn't say why I haven't received my order yet or why it said it had already been delivered when it wasn't. While on the phone waiting for the answer on the first order, I asked her to check the second order, to which she said that they hadn't even started working on it and it was almost 3pm that day and we close at 5pm. So there was no way that they would have got it here by that time. I asked if they did refunds and what their policy was on that and the rep.
asked to put me on hold, when she came back she said ok I have cancelled your order for you!! I never asked her to do that, I simply asked what their policy was on it before she put me on hold. So I asked to speak with a manager and she pretty much said that same thing the rep. said and that I had to wait until 5pm and if then the order wasn't delivered to call them back!
So now I sit here after placing two separate orders and I have nothing but am charged $150 for something I never received. I highly recommend that you DO NOT order from them, as they don't have any customer service and don't deliver what you order!

Verified Reviewer |No Delivery - Lack of Customer Service Response
I ordered Christmas flowers to be delivered to my daughter in NC on December 21st to be delivered on December 24th, on the 24th I received an email stating they wouldn't be delivered until the 29th - Christmas flowers delivered 5 days late - no excuse was provided. I responded by email and the automatic response I received said that they would look into it and get back to me - they never did.
I called customer service today and they told me that those Christmas flowers were not on their website and were no longer available - no reason for the lack of a timely delivery in the first place or why they were not delivered on the 29th.
When I spoke to a supervisor his response was to offer a $30 coupon - big deal! I will never use FTD again.
