WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
It can take weeks for someone to reply. Absolute worst customer service. For the money we are charged you think there would be a rep that needs to be emailed multiple times to reply.
User's recommendation: sadly many people use Linkedin but maybe try out Indeed.
