Bought product and within an hour realized it didn't work. Good luck getting a refund - the obnoxious support rep will use any and all excuse to stop from giving a refund. Avoid like the plague.

Was a very good customer, bought many scenery products for FSX. However when you have a question for so called owner who is customer service person. Extremely RUDE and obnoxious.

I have Purchased the above product (order ID: 81199****) for MSFS 2020, but I didn't get any link for downloading the application.

Anyhow I think I don't need it because I bought the FSX Pro, so cancel the purchase order and return my payment.

Terrible, RUDE Customer Service, belittles customers constantly. Owner is arrogant and inconsiderate to his customers, Attitude is unless you paying for a product, customers are a nusiance to deal with, Very Rude

The updater couldn't download the vc_redist.zip file belonging to the Visual Studio 2015-**** Universal Runtimes x86 installer from the FSDT Update server. Usually caused by the firewall, you can ignore this.

bought 4 sceneries from sim market KLAX. PHNL, KLAS KORD, everyone acivated when i entered the key ALL BUT KORD!!!!! tried for 2 days IM BEYOND PISSED!!!!!!!!!

Vancouver yvr will not install into fsx 64bit

I sent a forum post asking when We will get an update to the KORD scenery. I said " People have been spending good money for a scenery that is not even close.

It is not fun arriving into KORD on vatsim and the controller vectors you to a runway that does not exist in my scenery." I was able to read a reply that informed me I should read farther into the forum and I will find my answer. I know about the latest update that added 1 runway 9L/27R. I've owned this scenery since Aug 2013. FSDT scenery for this airport includes RWYs 14R/32L which should be 15/30, rwy14L/32R which no longer exists.

rwy 10 which is three runways 10L,R,C/28L,R,C. So now by mentioning this in the forum I have been banned.

I have lost no sleep over it. I'm just making statement to save the unsuspecting new simmer that check it out before you buy.

your company is a joke your customer service is a bloody joke your product is being sold by companies whom are not meant to sell, it and you cant fix your own products problems and telling me I should have come to you first your the first *** people I came. I purchased a Flight Simulator scenery of Dallas/Fort Worth to be used in conjunction with Microsoft Flight Simulator from FSDream Team. I was sent the the activation code for Zurich.

When I notified them of the mistake I was informed It was my fault and if I wanted Dallas/Fort Worth that I would have to purchase it.

Now the cost of Zurich was 20.90 EU and DFW was 22.90. According to FSDream team both numbers add up to 34.00 us??

My take from all this is be very careful when dealing with this company. The scenery looks ok but how many must someone purchase before they get the one they want??
