Still never received the goods or my money back

Fruugo has no communication system to support the consumer.Fruugo asked for the address, which they already had, but no reply is possible resulting in no further communication.
The customer service requested my address and then the reply system ask yo to reply above a certain line. This action is impossible and hence no further communication is possible.
The request to supply an address is strange as it is on my profile and on my invoice. Fruugo just do not have a user friendly approach to assist on issues.
