Terrible price gouging recorded my voice, had person in exam room hand out for my debit card when I said no to their 800.00 charge she never told me or asked if it was ok to do an ultrasound and
had a person with hand out for my debit card, wanted 800. to do a basic simple test, after the fact when I questioned the ultra sound and sticking a needle into my little dogs bladder, I would never have okayed that.
I have seen simple urine collections done simply. Staff unfriendly to me . I asked for my papers back never got them. This is just a high priced vet rip off which plays on the owners emotional attachment to their pet.
Horrible place, I refused all treatment except the urine test, not knowing how they did it.
They are owned by same co. as Beaverton pet clinic, wouldn't go there either.
