A Collective Complaint helps you unite consumers dealing with the same issue, such as wrong charges, unexpected fees, damaged items, or misleading promises. It goes beyond a single review by growing stronger with every signature, making it harder to ignore. Once you reach 20 supporters, we’ll send it to the company to encourage a response.

They did not reimburse me for damage they caused to my property.

AI Highlights
  • - Sprinkler damage occurred after the first November snowfall.
  • - Owner Angelo Gencarelli agreed to reimburse after repairs but owes $123.08.

From the Ground Up plowed my driveway for the last several years. Last year, after the first snowfall in November 2009, I immediately noticed the significant damage that was caused to my sprinkler system.

I notified the company owner, Angelo Gencarelli, and he agreed to reimburse me when I had the repair completed at season's end.

I have now sent him copies of the repair invoice 3 times, all to no avail. When I call his cell, he does not pick up or return my calls. When I email him, again, I get no response. At this point he owes me $123.08!

He is quick to send out invoices when he plows my driveway and I'm very responsive. His lack of response and payment here is unethical, frustrating, and draining to my resources!!
